Questions Before You Begin?
1
Is this coaching or therapy?
We provide coaching, not licensed counseling or therapy. Our work focuses on understanding the patterns that influence your decisions, relationships, and performance—and developing practical ways to move forward. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
2
Will my chain of command or boss know I’m working with you?
We will not notify your command, employer, or unit leadership when you work with us. Discretion is central to our approach. Before beginning, we will discuss how your information is handled and any limits to confidentiality. Your own reporting obligations remain separate from our privacy practices.
3
What does a coaching session actually look like?
Sessions are held virtually and typically last 55 minutes. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life, how past experiences shape the present, and what you’d like to change. Through focused conversation, we look at specific situations, recognize patterns, and identify practical steps forward.
4
Do you accept insurance?
No. We provide private-pay coaching and do not bill insurance. We discuss fees before you commit so you understand the cost and can decide whether coaching is the right fit.
5
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Scholarships are available for active-duty military members and military veterans. If cost is a concern, please reach out to learn more about available support.
6
Do your coaches understand the demands of high performers?
Yes. Our coaches bring thousands of hours of experience working with high performers across industries, including professional athletes, special operations personnel, military service members, first responders, and executives. Many of our coaches come from an athletic or military background.
7
What if I decide coaching isn’t for me?
You are in control of whether you continue. If coaching doesn’t feel like the right fit, we welcome an honest conversation about what isn’t working. You can discuss a different approach, pause, or end coaching. Our goal is to provide meaningful support, and we respect your decision.
